IsVideo(f$) confused the jpg&bmp files with video

Post by Juan Carlos »

This single instruction IsVideo(f$)=True confused the graphic format as jpg, bmp and gif with video formats, I tested under Windows, MorphOS and AmigaOS4 and this strange case is very problematic because if you load a video and instead you load a picture of this format show the jpg file as video, but with other formats as png or svg there isn't this strange problem, why?

This is because Microsoft's DirectShow can also load and play static images as videos. I've now modified Hollywood to take care of this case so IsVideo() should no longer return TRUE for static images.

Thank you Andreas for your answer I create other solution with the number of frames because the pictures in theory only have 0 or 1 frame.
