I did install the AmigaOS 4 Final to my AmigaOne, and my Hollywood 2.0 stopped working. I did try to reinstall it, but the installation gives a grimraper after it has copied the data to HD and makes the "registration" part, and I had to reset. This time I cannot run the Hollywood demos either, as it stops to the "Registered to..." part. And there is no other way out than reset again.

You have to install the update for Hollywood 2.0 first. It's available on http://www.airsoftsoftwair.com.

Thanks, I think I had that already installed (somewhere), but I will try again. I'll let you know if it does not work.

Hi Esa, yes I had that as well after installing OS4 Final, re installed that little update and it works much better one or two still GR ( mainly the pacman one) But with Hollywood Designer whilst it works OK, when you first try to load a project it GR's with a DSI error click ignore and it's fine so far hopefully these little problems will get sorted with the next release. Any updates of when you hope to release? it Andreas

Soon, very soon. I'm currently working 10+ hrs per day to get Hollywood 2.5 and Hollywood Designer 2.0 finished. I'm doing all the development under MorphOS 1.4 because the Pegasos is the fastest Amiga compatible machine under my roof, so I didn't have time to check into the OS4 final yet. I haven't even found time to install on my micro-A1.

I can imagine though that there are some issues with the new mem kernel and Hollywood Designer. I'll look into these issues when I'm doing the OS4 builds so you can be sure that the next versions of Hollywood & Hollywood Designer will be stable as a rock under OS4.

I hope I can get everything finished and polished up until the end of January 2007.

Hi Andreas End of January sounds great ,look forward to it Hey Working 10 Hours, don't wear your self out !its the Holiday season unless this gives you lots of time with out being interrupted

Would the Crash logs be of any use to you? or would rather wait until you have OS4 final on your Micro and discover them for your self?

Any way keep up the good work Andreas Regards Andy

No, I don't need any crash logs. I've rewritten most of the critical parts of Hollywood Designer so crash logs from 1.0 are pretty much superfluous for me now. I'll check the stability as soon as I have time to install the final on my micro A1 and see if there are still crashes.
