Splas screen exampe request

Can someone post one example of splash screen with transparent bg to the wb.
I have problems doing that with multiple displays. If I make the splash screen with a transparent BGPIC noborder etc, even closing the display and freeying the brush and te background picture I get error in defining the next displays (with just color as background).
Sorry I have no sample, because I changed the code so many times that now is a mess. Probably I have to restart from scratch!
