More an Android than a apk compiler question though..
I did ask this in another thread earlier, but I guess the question got hidden in another context.

The ColourRequest on Android seem a bit limited compared to other platforms. You get a colour circle, but there is no way to change the darkness so yo are limited to bright colours. Only tested on Android 13, I dont know if this might be different on other android versions.

Or is there another way to change darkness of the selected colour?

Actually, that color requester is a custom development and was quickly thrown together some 10 years ago or so when Android was still young and didn't have that many features. I'll have to check if there is some official color picking component offered by Android that could be used instead.

I've checked and it looks like there is still no "official" color picker that could be used so I guess I'll stick with the custom one for the time being...
