I started a series of tutorials

Post by Allanon »

Hello all,
As the title suggest I've just started a tutorial series to help learning HGui & Hollywood but it's not limited to these two topics.
I will try to explain some coding techniques and some core concepts too.
The series is available for all my Patrons but this first tutorial is free for all so you can have and idea and decide if it deserves some bucks or not.

The first tier to access the series is only 1$ month :)

Please have a look at the Patreon post which is free for all, and let me know what do you think.

It would be a great help if you could help me share what I'm doing on other Hollywood related forums :)

Thanks Fabio,

I can attest to other Hollywood users that the work you do with Hollywood is second to none and you have helped me tremendously to date. Being a Patreon I fully appreciate the work and effort you put into your projects and especially the documentation and fully encourage others to become Patreons if nothing more than to support your future endeavours.

Keep up the great work.

Regards,

Dwayne

Thank you very much for your support and your kind words Dwayne :)

Here is the link to the seconds tutorial, this time only for Patrons.

Topics:
- Turning the application into a full event-driven app
- Detecting key presses with HGui (window's events)
- Let the user stop the scan
- ...and more :)

Here is the link of the executables of this new version, free for all.

Could you make a tutorial about how to use Easings library?

Just make a brush that moves using Easings.
