Hi, got my 4.7 update today. Now i have a big problem. projects i made with designer under Hollywood4.0 with animations included wont run anymore (from the point where the anim should start). After starting the compiled anim i get the message anim bla.anim couldn't be loaded. is this a known problem??? Cheers Matthias

No, I haven't heard of this before. What architecture are you on? OS4? Also, does it only happen when you save the project as an executable or does it also happen when simply running a project?Hi, got my 4.7 update today. Hi, now it works again (probably a fault in my Winuae system yesterday). But it seems to me that the preloading of an animation needs now much more time than before. Matthias

Hmm, are you loading some huge anims? It is correct that Hollywood 4.7 is slightly slower on anim preloading than 4.0 because 4.7 supports frame time stamps and these have to obtained using custom code because the anim.datatype doesn't implement this correctly. However, it shouldn't make *that* much of a difference. I just did a comparison here using the esprita.anim in Hollywood:Examples/AnimPlayer and it takes 5000 ms to load with Hollywood 4.0 and 5200 ms with Hollywood 4.7. Not very significant...Hi, now it works again (probably a fault in my Winuae system yesterday). But it seems to me that the preloading of an animation needs now much more time than before.
