In Hollywood there is this option to generate video from your project right away.

Since i dont dare to try this myself without asking first, so what if i make for example game with hollywood and then choose that "generate video" option?

Does it get into endless loop and keep generating me as long video as i have space in harddisk or does it maybe let me play that game and make video from my playing? Or how does it happen?

No, you can play your game. Input is not disabled during video recording. Things might a little slower though :)
