is it possible to export the help information ("Name" in the help file) for Hollywood's inbuilt functions like "BeginRefresh()" etc.? -exporthelpstrings only work with plugins. So would it be possible to allow the combination of -exportcommands and -exporthelpstrings? Or is there any other way to get this export?

No, currently not. The problem is that Hollywood doesn't store the help strings for inbuilt functions within Hollywood itself. This information is only available in the documentation and including the help strings in Hollywood itself would unnecessarily increase the executable size...
