Can't find anything to check wheter a volume is read only or read/write state.

I would like to handle silently saving operation, but if the user selects target for example to a CD ROM device, I can't found any way to recognize it and avoid the "Write protected" OS requester.

True, there is currently no way to avoid this requester. I'll see if I can do something about this...
