Compiling Window opens, did the stuff, closes and the the Guru-Systemrequest comes. No other output.

This is finally resolved now. The problem was that guigfx.library on Aminet was an FPU-only version - without mentioning that fact. This caused the confusion. I've now corrected that and released guigfx.library v20.1 on Aminet in several flavours:
