Thanks! I was too slow though. Lost my chance at most of the machines I was looking at. Only a couple of broken g4 powerbooks left, which is too much of a gamble.

Also you have think what you make with the Mac, for example for gaming the best option is a Power Mac G5, but for programming a Mac Mini G4 is good, although the most important in both cases is their prices and what machine version are, for the CPU speed, memory 512Mb or 1 GB, the Power Book is the comfortable option, but the most important in all cases these machines have 20 years and their previous owners have been used a lot so the condition of these computers will not be the best.

On Wikipedia it says (in relation to MorphOs compatibility):
"PowerBook G4 (except for 12" aluminum models)"
Does that mean there are there 12" non-aluminum models that do work?

Thanks. Seems I confused powerbooks and Ibooks. This is an Ibook g4, which seems it should work regardless(?)

Which Wiki do you mean?
MorphOS Library wiki should be up-to-date, or can you tell what wouldn't be there?

As the previous wiki tells, "all G4 iBooks" are supported.

Hopefully it's an "iSight" (12,1) model, others won't work.

Sellers are not necessarily informed about what they are selling. Which make things a little harder. As far as I can tell it's an iSight model.
If not then I'll have to resell it I suppose.
