Not very likely. I don't have any MIDI hardware to test this and I'm not experienced with MIDI at all so it probably should be done by somebody who knows more about the matter.

But why is it not possible tho use the camd. library with hollywood?
I think there is support for other librarys.

hollywood do not have direct support to call ANY library
its only possible via plugins, plugins are written in c using example SDK

What kind of plugin should be better for a wrapper for camd.library?
Audio plugin? Library plugin?

And ..can hw plugin system open an Amiga shared library?

Need to look the documentation more carefully.

Well...I have been toying a bit with plugin sdk.
I can open camd.library, create midi links, send MIDI notes etc etc...
I need to understand better the plugin system but It is funny.
