Will Windows on ARM64 be supported at some point?

For both development and as a complier target.

first time is discussed , said that "probably will when significant market share achieved"
i guess nothing change so far since windows arm share is very small and with uncertain future, so i guess its difficult to address free develpment time in a already wide range of OS support

Depends on how popular this is going to get. Currently I don't think it's worth the effort because it's a rather exotic platform.
