Refresh bug in Hollywood GUI (plugin area)

It was reported to me that there is a refresh issue into the plugin sub window when trying to manually resize it.
Problem happen under AmigaOS 4.1 FE (compositing actived and latest MUI 5.0 installed)

That definitely looks like a MUI issue and not like a Hollywood bug. Those MUI betas are often completely untested. Report it to the MUI team instead.
