#ENCODING_UTF8 Support for Additional Functions

It would be nice if the next version of Hollywood could support #ENCODING_UTF8 in other functions, such as TextWidth().

That's already possible but it seems that I forgot to mention it in the documentation. You can simply pass the encoding to TextWidth() and TextExtent() in the second argument.
