Hello ^^ I'm happy to announce that I've uploaded a first *alpha* release of ScuiLib! You can download it from my forum <http://sdb.freeforums.org/scui-lib-alph ... ed-t9.html> , you can download without registration, but please, register and report bugs and suggestions, I will be happy to improve this library.

The archive comes with 10 Tutorials covering the available classes, more, there is a demo called "NewDemo.hws" where you can see how Window works with this library. There is another library called "FilezLib.hws" needed by ScuiLib in order to Load & Save tables.

Have fun!

P.S.: I hope to have some feedback ;)

Is this a generic library that can save/load any table ?

Yes, it is a generic code that can load & save table recursively, ofcourse if in your table are stored function's pointers it is useless :P It can track file's ids too.

Damn, this thing is huge! 480 kilobyte of Hollywood source code.... by far the biggest Hollywood project that I know of. Great to see that Hollywood is able to handle such big projects without problems as well.

By the way, ReadTable() and WriteTable() functions are also planned as official parts of the Hollywood API but I don't know any implementations details yet. But it's planned :)

I'll have a closer look at this at the weekend. Don't hesitate to request new features that you need for SCUI. Huge Hollywood projects are always a good argument for feature requests so I'll try to implement them if it's not too much work.
