My apologies for the insufficient testing of CodeBench 0.10, it turned out to be a problem with Execs apparently case-sensitive code in OpenLibrary() in conjunction with $VER cookies, which I have never come across before.

Anyway, it gave me a chance to fix up a few other bits too, so please find the (hopefully) working version at:

Really, really, really nice! I've only played with it a little so far, but I can already tell that this will save me a great deal of time. Thank you for a job very well done!!!

You brilliant and crazy man! I can't believe you are just a single person! :-) Now I understand all your secret clues. ;-) When do you do all this stuff? In which non-24h-a-day parallel universe do you live? :-)
Thank God, some positive feedback about this :) To all people who believe that this is negative news: It is not! There are no plans to leave the Amiga and don't forget that Designer is still available Amiga-ONLY! :)
My order is nearly on the way!!!
Thanks!
Just one question: If I crossgrade from Amiga version, am I still allowed to use Win _and_ Amiga version simultaniously? I ask just in case ... You never know ... :-)
Yes, that's allowed. Your Amiga license stays fully valid.

Hello,

Great News,

Does it require any installation or can it be run from any USB key by example with installation?

Hello Andreas

It requires an installation.

I'd like to install IDE on USB key to use it on many computers. Is it possible or initial installation write keys in registry which didn't allow execution on other computers?

Hi

I got version 4.6 yesterday and gave it a brief spin on fairly high specced PC. No final conclusions yet, but it seem to be very fast and smooth even in areas where it had a tendency to stutter previously on amiga hardware. I could get used to this - preferably on an X1000 where the hardware would be on more even terms though. We'll see :-)

The IDE also seems very clean in use. I might prefer it to Cubic IDE, which has its quirks - still 1-2 hours of use is not a real test.

This should certainly draw some new Hollywood users from the PC ranks.

Congratulations on the new baby

regards Jesper

Airsoft Softwair are proud to announce the immediate availability of Hollywood for the Windows operating system.
Any plans for a Mac version?

No, but of course it must only be used by one person because it is a single user license.
