Is APK Compiler work on MacOS?

No, it only works on Windows. While a Mac OS version is technically possible, I won't do one because the APK Compiler is already a hell to maintain on Windows because the Android SDK and NDK change all the time and APK Compiler needs to be adapted to these changes.
