68k binary and ppc plugin

Is it normal behaviour that a 68k hollywood application run on a ppc system requires 68k plugins? I played a bit with MUI Royale and compiled it for 68k, but the attempt to run the 68k program on MorphOS doesn't work with the error message that no MUI Royale hwp would be present (which of course is, but only ppc not 68k). Is the issue that the plug in is too tightly bound to the binary and not via OS functions?
Is there a way to parallelly install the 68k plug in on MorphOS? Unfortunately both, the ppc and the 68k version, carry the same name.

Sorry, that's not possible. 68k binaries can only load 68k plugins and PPC binaries can only load PPC plugins. It would be too much work for too little gain to support the other combinations as well. I agree that it's a bit annoying when using executables but if you compile your scripts as applets, you won't have these problems.
