Yes, that's possible if you have access to those devices. If you want to distribute your iOS app without using the App Store it might be more complicated, though...

I want to do some fresh builds and this needs some fixes in the toolchain but they'll be released soon.

Next release will be an update to Hollywood APK Compiler, then the plugins for iOS.
