Re: ListviewColumn Sortable="0"

I did some try/error on this. I found that there is no Event called when the column titles are clicked. The "ClickColumn" attribute is only triggered when clicking at one of the items in the listview. Is this a bug? I made a log of the (msg) passed to EventFunc Here is what happens when clicking in ...

Re: MakeButton Error

You need to put the makebutton line below the function it calls.

And you probably should change OnLeftMouseDown to OnMouseDown

Re: MakeButton Error

I think you need to check the rest of your script
Even just adding an empty function will make it run withot errors. Perhaps your function name is misspelled or missing the ()

Code: Select all

Function p_DialRotLeft()
EndFunction
MakeButton(1, #SIMPLEBUTTON, 0, 0, 100, 100, {OnMouseDown = p_DialRotLeft})

Is RapaGUI slower on Windows 10 than on other platforms?

I made this program that is hosting a growing list of nearly 600 items (each with 10 subitems) that now takes about 20 secs to load from file and into the listview. This is on a core i5 laptop, win10 64 bit. How it works is that it reads the file into a list using ReadTable(), and then inserts the l...

No setpointer in RapaGUI?

I could not get setpointer() to have effect when using RapaGUI.
Is it not implemented, and if not will it be in 2.0?

Re: OnMusicEnd

I just tested your program and this happens here to. But by adding just a short wait in there it does not crash. Just an unqualified guess..Could it be that the OS filesystem havent had time to close the file properly before hollywood opens it again and then unpredicted things happen. Anyway, with t...

Defender tells me my app has a trojan

This was kind of strange. I compiled a program for x64 windows and Defender popped up and gave me a serious trojan alert, claiming my executable had the trojan Win32/Bearfoos.A!ml I tried several times and the the file got deleted every time. Then I compiled another script, and there was no detectio...

Re: How can I strip Enter / Return from a string?

 Yes it does.
I was thinking there was some other code for it, since writing \n in the texteditor did not cause a linefeed.
But thanks, now I can export and import without worrying about those LF's.

How can I strip Enter / Return from a string?

When exporting a table to a csv file, I have this one text variable that originates from a rapagui Texteditor. But if I had used Enter / Return inside the texteditor, it will make unwanted linefeeds in the csv file. If I look at the file inside notepad++ or similar, there are no "\n" inside the line...

texteditor accept attribute

Currently the texteditor does not support the accept attribute, but perhaps this will come in RapaGUI 2.0? Hopefully it will, and perhaps a not_accepted attribute could be useful as well. Eg. if I want make sure ";" is not used it would be lots of characters to put inside the accepted attribute when...
