I guess you can print it yourself :) But I prefer the HTML documentation anyway, it's quick to follow links or jump to different sections, which would be difficult with the printed material. I have a local copy of HTML documentation on my HD, so I don't have to use network for that. For some reason ...

Putting a window to the back of the z-order is possible but making it remain there isn't, at least not in a platform-independent, clean way. AmigaOS has the concept of backdrop windows but on other operating systems such things aren't really supported. But it still would be really nice to have on A...

Hollywood 7.1, and OS4 version is just standard OS4.1FE, I reproduced it with WinUAE setup which is just a standard non-updated installation from the retail CD.
