Re: Understanding asynchronus mode

Hello, I also had trouble trying to understand Asyncronous operation, but I think I'm understanding it a bit now. So others could do a better explanation. But this works for me from your example code. You have to call AsyncDrawFrame to actually show your async objects. @DISPLAY {Mode = "Windowed", W...

Re: @DISPLAY vs CreateDisplay arguments

@DISPLAY is a preprocessor command, which are processed before the rest of the script, so your variables mywidth, myheight and mycol don't exist yet.

Re: How to Clear display Empty when having BGPIC?

@Bugala That basically I could have had Game running on BGpic 1, and inventory in bgpic2, and when ever i wanted to peak to inventory, i could have used displaybgpic 2, and then use displaybgpic1 to get back to game. AFAIU Display library is what you need for that (CreateDisplay, SelectDisplay, Open...

Re: Position constant value

I see it now. I was focusing only on display dimensions but some of those constants work for other things too.

Aren't #TOP and #LEFT supposed to be 0, and the other position constants dependent on display's dimensions? It seems to be hardecoded for me. For example: @DISPLAY 1, {Width = 640, Height = 480, Color = #BLACK} TextOut(#CENTER, #CENTER, "Text") TextOut(#LEFT, #CENTER, "Text") TextOut(#RIGHT, #CENTER...

Re: Hollywood 8: Supremacy out now!

Impressive! And looking forward for the new versions of RapaGUI and Android SDK, and the new SSL plugin... 2019 seems will be a great year for HW. Thank you very much!

P. S. Hope you can find some time to release an update to Designer.

Re: How to remove text output/text object

@Clyde

Hi. Have you tried creating a TextObject and then using it to create a sprite? That way you should be able to display it and move or remove it as a sprite.

Re: Rasberry pi Linux and Hollywood

@Juan Carlos As jPV wrote, the USB option is the simplest and works perfectly for me. And also the SSH server option. I use Transfer to connect with sftp protocol to the RPi server from MOS and transfer files that way. And you can also run the VNC server that comes with Raspbian and access your RPi ...
