Re: Exitting an App on Android from Recents list

Probably.
I just wanted to send a disconnect signal to a server before exitting so the server knew that the client can be removed from a list.

Exitting an App on Android from Recents list

Hi all,
Is there a way to trigger an event when an app is closed/quit from the recent apps view in Android?

Thanks

Re: Event handler passing through to default behaviour

As did I (ie, that sorting thread), that's why I started this one :)

I had a smilar experience (in the other sorting thread). It looks like TitleClick does not go well with setting columns sortable.
Hopefully this will work better with the awaited RapaGUI 2.0.

Event handler passing through to default behaviour

I would like to be able to use the TitleClick notification in a listview, but would also like its default behaviour to still work (ie, on a sortable column still be able to toggle between ascending and descending sort and execute the sort). However, if I listen to that notification and have some cus...

Re: ListviewColumn Sortable="0"

No sooner had I sent that post that I found the solution.

You cannot use

Code: Select all

moai.DoMethod("listview","Sort")
This will cause the issue I mentioned above.

Re: ListviewColumn Sortable="0"

I can only get to sort the first column that I click on (whether that be column a,b,c or d). If I selected another column, it won't sort, but if I go back to the first column I clicked on then I can sort that again. Does it work like that for you? I see the little sort character "^" above the column...

Re: ListviewColumn Sortable="0"

Hi,
I too am wondering about changing the sorting column when clicking on the column title.
For whatever reason, I cannot work out how to use Listview.column.Sortable.

Any examples would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Dynamic Listviews

So would this require a new version of the Android compiler?

Thanks,
Dave

Re: Dynamic Listviews

I had to keep the FreeObject() call, but no, still doesn't dynamically update in Android. The way you use RapaGUI.Group.InitChange and RapaGUI.Group.ExitChange looks unnecessarily complex albeit not wrong. Can you try if it works when using this code instead: moai.DoMethod("mylistview", "initchange"...

Re: Dynamic Listviews

Try this... @REQUIRE "RapaGUI" xmlColumnTemplate$ = [[<column title="tmpcol" icon="True" />]] xmlHead$=[[<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?> <application id="dynlistview"> <window id="win"> <vgroup> <hgroup id="mylistview" frame="true"> <listview id="listview1" forcemode="dataview"> <column ...
