Re: OnWheelUp/OnWheelDown on MacOS

These were indeed two entirely different issues because the PPC and the x86/x64 backends of Hollywood don't use the same code. Fixed now.

Code: Select all

- Fix [MacOS/x86/x64]: Mouse wheel events weren't generated reliably
- Fix [MacOS/PPC/Carbon86]: Mouse wheel events were always generated twice

Re: Tab-Request

Feature requested implemented after almost 9 years :)

Code: Select all

- New [IDE]: Block indenting with TAB is supported now; if you mark a block and press TAB, the whole
  block is indented; if you press SHIFT+TAB, the identation is decreased
Is Robin still there? :)

When trying to parse in the library name at the beginning of the Hollywood command dump from the CLI, the ReadLine() function pulls in the string properly but LeftStr() doesn't see the two colons at the beginning of the first line.
Please provide some very brief demo code that shows the issue...

Re: Flying cube

Sure, just modify these lines to point to the pics you'd like to use instead:

Code: Select all

@BRUSH 1, "01.jpg"
@BRUSH 2, "02.jpg"
@BRUSH 3, "03.jpg"
@BRUSH 4, "04.jpg"
@BRUSH 5, "05.jpg"
@BRUSH 6, "06.jpg"

Re: SaveBrush() - artefacts

Well, that's because the brush doesn't have an alpha channel. For PNG images, only alpha channel transparency is supported so you first have to convert the mask transparency to an alpha channel one, like so: CreateBrush(1,200,100,#green) RotateBrush(1,45) ChangeBrushTransparency(1, #ALPHACHANNEL) Sa...

Re: System console output

- New: Added ConsolePrint(), ConsolePrintNR(), and ConsolePrompt(); these do the very same thing as DebugPrint(), DebugPrintNR(), and DebugPrompt() except that they'll always work, i.e. even if "EnableDebug" is set to FALSE (which happens automatically when compiling scripts unless you set it expli...

Re: New Function: WindowToBack()

- New [Amiga]: HideDisplay() accepts a new optional argument now; if this argument is set to TRUE, the display will be hidden by moving it behind all other windows, i.e. to the bottom of the window stack - New [Amiga]: Added GetFrontScreen() command; this will return the name of the public screen t...

Re: SaveBrush() - artefacts

I noticed similary artefacts in Brushes, if they were rotated. Yes, that is true. When transforming brushes, Hollywood will not touch the pixels which are invisible anyway because that would decrease the performance. But as I said before, the "transcolor" argument of SaveBrush() was specifically de...
