Re: OOP framework

So far the code I have written has interface support and single inheritance. I don't recognize the Lua syntax of your posts but it looks good in Hollywood. :D

I'm trying to decide how or whether to proceed. What are some of your favorite frameworks and the OOP languages t...

Re: How can I unit-test my code?

OK, I'm surprised. It works pretty well. Very fast feedback loop. No big fuzz. Using Classes as outlined in https://www.lua.org/pil/16.1.html . Works nicely. Great! I started writing a framework for Hollywood once but ran into a roadblock with the include directory name being passed in as a constan...

I know that Hollywood has its own keyfile but I don't kno...

Look into Virtual Files. It's just one extra step.

Re: Modal Dialogs in Linux Ubuntu

Try single clicking the "Edit me" item twice to edit it. There's an instant coredump on my Linux box. @VERSION 7,1 @REQUIRE "RapaGUI" moai.CreateApp([[ <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?> <application id="app"> <window title="List" id="WINDOW"> <vgroup> <listview id="lv" notify="StartEditing...

Re: Modal Dialogs in Linux Ubuntu

Update: I tried activating the notifications with moai.Notify() instead of the XML subtag but it made no difference. At least it's not in the XML parser.

Re: Modal Dialogs in Linux Ubuntu

The Windows machine was 32 bit already. I can test it on ARM 32-bit Linux if needed.
