Re: More notifications for ListView class (please)

The notify on listview.visible could solve the problem of windows resize, so please add it!

For the other I don't know, but as I seen correctly, there is an attribute which holds the pixel position of the list. If it could be use with notify we may solve the position change.

Re: More notifications for ListView class (please)

Just tried to figure out MUI event/notify system on the MUI developer documentation. To be honest I am still do not understand it clearly, but suspect that current MUI list class will not notify about list movement. Am I correct? Then what should I ask from Thore? :) Is there any difference on platf...

More notifications for ListView class (please)

Hello Queens and Kings of MUIRoyale! :) It is a follow up of my listview sorting madness. So there is a huge list and I want to display it the most convinient way for the user perspective. Today I made a very nice approach of the problem: Put the data to an SQLite database and display only just the ...

Re: Amiga CompareStr()

I wonder that why Sort and CompareStr uses different method of collation? The 7.0 history said about this: - New: Sort() supports full Unicode collation now. Edit: Is it resolved by the fix you mentioned? Just realized that fix is not public yet. Here are a simple test: SetFont(#SANS,20) a={"abcd","...

Re: Wish: abort option for Listview.Sort callback function

Not likely to be added because MUI doesn't support it... Ok. No problem. :) Investigated the the case a bit more and interesting experiences I had. MUI Sort method is really a slow one. Even if you clear the listview and insert all items again with "Sorted" position is faster by approx 10%. MorphOS...

Re: Hollywood has landed on iOS: Remedios 1.0 released

Remedios can create iOS apps for iOS 8 and up, 32-bit and 64-bit. If you intend to build iOS apps for very old iOS versions (and 32-bit) I suggest to install Xcode 10 now and buy Remedios now because rumour has it that Apple will remove 32-bit support and iOS 8 support from the Xcode 11 which is to...

Wish: abort option for Listview.Sort callback function

Dear Andreas! What do you say for my wish for an ability to somehow abort the Listview.Sort function? A sort operation can be very lengthy especially if Listview.SortFunc is used. The CopyFile callback function can effectively abort the operation and something similar would be nice for the sorting f...

Thanks, but rebelsdl was not vailable for OS4 when I checked last time. :)

Anyway DisableLinehook() does not harm especially for every long run iteration.

Re: SetCurrentEncoder for OpenDocument

And just a bit of background info:
The two words "árvíztűrő tükörfúrógép" contains all of the hungarian accented letters and it translates to "floodproof mirrordriller". :)
