Editor with syntax highlight

Post by r-tea »

I can see a screenshot of Windows editor with syntax highlighting on the official website. Is there such an editor for MorphOS in the Holyywood package?

No, there isn't. But you can use the editor by Mr ArtBlink for this purpose:

And Cubic IDE works too. I just installed it other day on my MorphOS machine, and it has MorphOS options in the installer script. Although I'm not sure if any binaries were MorphOS native, but works nicely anyway after you install the latest addon for it. You have syntax highlightning, all kinds of "online" helps, quick options in the GUI/keyboard to run Hollywood scripts in window/with resource monitor/full screen and to compile scripts to applets or programs for most of the supported platforms. Very nice environment so far. I had bought that IDE long time ago, but now got a reason to install it finally when I bought Hollywood :)

Than you.
MHE looks nice. I wonder if the MorphOS version does use MUI.
Cubic IDE uses GoldEd and doesn't use MUI for sure.
