I don't understand this question. What do you mean by ">pico8"?

sorry my english is very bad

I would like to change the color palette of picture by another palette

for example : if my picture have 8 colors i would like to replace with pico8 palette (or other palette)

how to do to replace with the closest color ?

Since Hollywood doesn't store image data as palette-based, this isn't possible. You might be able to use ReplaceColors() but this will only work if no two colors are the same.
