Re: Save Brush as Amiga Icon
The problem is that there are dozens of different *.info file formats... we don't have a real standard anymore.
Re: Save Brush as Amiga Icon
Just the 4.1 standard is fine screw the rest.

Hi Andreas,
I'd like this to be revisited again as I want Jack to easily load in AmigaOS4 Icons as a Brush. Any chance of a plug-in?

Note to Self: Andy Broad has suggested I try the Icon Datatype over on OS4Depot. Will give this a whirl and report back my findings.

Re: Save Brush as Amiga Icon
You could also use some third party tool to support OS4 icons.

Re: Save Brush as Amiga Icon
It would be easy to support this on OS4 since the OS4 icon.library has the necessary APIs but it's increasingly difficult on all the other platforms and in true Hollywood spirit, only a really cross-platform solution is a good one. So the icon reader or writer would probably have to be written from scratch...
