You can use GL Galore for hardware-accelerated drawing and transformation, see here.

I tested the glgalore for 2D drawing and the result is that my program goes worst.

Well, of course just routing your script through GL Galore won't make it faster. In fact, it could even be slower. The only way to achieve full GPU acceleration is with dedicated code.
